These terms govern your use of amavetro.com and any purchase you make from AmaVetro Group Inc. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

The studio behind the shop

amavetro.com is operated by AmaVetro Group Inc., a Florida corporation based in Miami. Our hand-blown glass and ceramic miniatures are produced in a small atelier; quantities are limited and no two pieces are identical.

Orders & pricing

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes and duties.
  • An order is accepted only when we send a confirmation email; we may decline or cancel an order if a piece becomes unavailable, a price is listed in error, or fraud is suspected.
  • If we cancel a confirmed order, you will receive a full refund within 5 business days.

One-of-a-kind nature

Because every piece is hand-made, slight variation in color, scale, and surface is part of the work — not a flaw. Photographs are taken in natural light and represent the piece as faithfully as possible, but tones may shift between screens.

Intellectual property

All photography, copy, illustrations, and design on amavetro.com are the property of AmaVetro Group Inc. and are protected by copyright. You may share images for personal, non-commercial use with credit; any other use requires written permission.

Acceptable use

  • Don’t attempt to disrupt, scrape, or overload the site.
  • Don’t reproduce our work or imagery for commercial purposes without written consent.
  • Don’t use the site to transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.

Disclaimers

The site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AmaVetro disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Limitation of liability

AmaVetro’s total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the affected piece. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on the site for 30 days before they take effect.
