Refunds

We want you to live with your AmaVetro piece for years. If something isn’t right, the policy below explains how we make it right.

30-day return window

Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, provided they arrive back to the studio in their original condition and packaging.

Made-to-order & commissioned work

Custom commissions, color variations made on request, and sets blown to order are final sale. We’ll always share progress photographs before shipping so there are no surprises.

How to start a return

  • Email amavetro@gmail.com with your order number.
  • We’ll send a prepaid return label and packing instructions within one business day.
  • Repack the piece in its original box with the foam cradle in place.
  • Drop the parcel at any UPS location within 7 days of receiving the label.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of the piece arriving safely back at the atelier. Original shipping charges are refunded only when a return is the result of our error or transit damage.

Exchanges

Prefer a different piece, color, or scale? Tell us in your return email and we’ll hold a replacement for you. If the new piece is more expensive, we’ll send a balance link; if it’s less, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or defective pieces

Damage in transit is covered in full — see the Shipping Policy. Manufacturing defects discovered within 6 months of delivery are remade or refunded at no cost; please send photos to amavetro@gmail.com.
