Shipping

Every AmaVetro piece is packed by hand in our Miami atelier. Because each sculpture is one of a kind — and most are blown, fired, or finished only after you order — please read the timing details below before checking out.

Processing time

Ready-to-ship pieces leave the studio within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order glass and ceramic commissions require 2–4 weeks in the studio before they ship; we’ll confirm an exact window in your order confirmation email.

Domestic shipping (United States)

• Standard — 3–6 business days via UPS Ground or USPS Priority. Calculated at checkout.
• Expedited — 2 business days via UPS 2nd Day Air. Available on most in-stock pieces.
• White-glove — for sculptures over 18″ or sets of 5+ houses. We coordinate by email after purchase.
• Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $250.

International shipping

We ship worldwide via UPS Worldwide Expedited and DHL Express. Transit runs 5–12 business days after dispatch. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier on delivery.

Packaging

Glass sculptures are double-boxed with custom foam cradles and recycled kraft fill. Ceramic miniatures travel in nested compartments with cushioned dividers. We avoid plastic peanuts wherever possible — most of our padding is recycled or compostable.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed the moment your parcel leaves the studio. If it hasn’t arrived within 24 hours of the dispatch email, please check your spam folder, then write to us at amavetro@gmail.com.

Damage in transit

We pack obsessively, but glass is glass. If your piece arrives damaged, photograph the box, the inner packaging, and the piece itself within 48 hours of delivery and email us. We will replace, remake, or refund — your choice.
